How to find and order a transfer - a trip by car with a driver?
Start typing in the search form the name or the code of the airport, or the name of the hotel or resort at which the hotel is located. Moreover you may find the transfer typing in the search form the address or coordinates of the pick up place.
In the drop-down list of prompts, select the one you need.
Repeat the same in the “Destination” field – where you need to be taken.
Specify the date and time of pick up, indicate the number of passengers (adults and children), select the desired currency and click the “Find” button.
Search result – a list of cars and for each a detailed description of what is included in the price.
Choose a suitable car, fill out the order form with your trip details and pay.
After paying for the order and confirming it by the transport company, the voucher will be available in your personal account.
How will I find my driver?
Together with the voucher, we will provide you with detailed instructions for pick up, a meeting point scheme, contacts of the driver and the transport company.
You will be greeted with a sign, or you need to go to the reception.

What are the guarantees that they will meet me?
You will have a voucher with detailed instructions for pick up on arrival / departure, schemes of Where and How to meet, contacts of the transport company and your driver.

When is the best time to buy – book a transfer?
Making a purchase in advance – booking is a guarantee that upon arrival at the airport you will board the vehicle that is waiting for you and leave without unnecessary delays.
A car with a driver for travel from or to the airport is “held” for your order. And will not be offered for other orders.
The number of cars is limited, for example, as is the space on the plane.
The earlier you book, the more choice both in car types and prices.
Most often booked in the range from 5 months to 1 month before the travel date.
What to do if the flight is canceled or the flight is delayed?
The description of each car indicates how long the transport company waits for the customer.
If the flight is delayed for more than the specified waiting time, you need to contact the transport company directly by phones, + WeChat / WhatsApp / Viber, indicated in the voucher.
In case of flight cancellation / delay, you can cancel the order in your personal account.
Cancellation conditions are specified in the order.
What order confirmation will I receive?
You will receive the voucher by e-mail after paying for the order and confirming it by the transport company. The voucher will be available in your personal account.
The voucher contains all the necessary details of your trip: order number, detailed instructions for boarding on arrival / departure, schemes of Where and How to meet, the name and phone numbers of the carrier company, driver, conditions for the carriage of children, baggage allowance, etc..
