How many passengers can fit in your largest vehicle?
A Mercedes Sprinter seats up to 14 passengers with luggage. Larger groups ride in a mini coach or coach bus, with one contact and one invoice. Vehicle availability is confirmed for each trip.
Do you handle group luggage and equipment for sports teams?
Yes. We routinely move teams with hockey bags, baseball gear and music equipment. Pre-trip we confirm bag count and equipment dimensions, and assign a vehicle with the right cargo space.
Can a single chauffeur drive a Sprinter for a wedding party?
Yes. One of our chauffeurs drives the wedding party in our 14-passenger Sprinter. For multi-vehicle weddings we assign a lead chauffeur to coordinate with the wedding planner.
Is a group booking flat-rate or hourly?
Both options exist. Point-to-point group transfers (airport to hotel, port to hotel) are flat-rate. Multi-stop event days, sightseeing or weddings are hourly with a clear minimum, typically 4-6 hours.
How early should I book group transport?
For weddings, sports trips and corporate events we recommend 2-4 weeks ahead, vehicles book up. For airport groups, 3-7 days. Last-minute groups are still possible but vehicle choice may be limited.
