Name, phone, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, ride date and time, selected vehicle class, IP address and cookie data. Payment details are processed by Stripe — card numbers are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

• Confirming and fulfilling your booking
• Driver and dispatcher communication
• Trip status notifications
• Aggregated analytics to improve the service

Sharing with third parties

We do not sell your data. Sharing only with contractors required to fulfill your trip (dispatcher, driver, payment provider).

Retention

Booking records — 7 years (IRS recordkeeping). Cookies — up to 12 months or until consent is withdrawn.
