What data we collect

Name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, ride date and time, selected vehicle class, IP address and cookie data. Payment details are processed by Stripe — card numbers are never stored on our servers.

How we use it

• Confirming and fulfilling your booking
• Driver and dispatcher communication
• Transactional trip and payment notifications
• Aggregated analytics to improve the service

SMS / text messaging

If you provide a mobile number on the public booking form at https://www.space444.com/booking/ and explicitly check the optional SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default), Space AAM LLC (Space444) sends transactional booking and payment text messages only — for example the Stripe payment link for your ride, booking confirmations and trip status updates. Message frequency varies by booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. If you do not check the SMS consent box, we will not send SMS; email and phone call remain available.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used only to deliver the booking and payment messages you requested.

Service providers (not marketing partners)

We do not sell your personal data. Payment processing (Stripe) and message delivery (Twilio) act only as processors to fulfill the booking or SMS you requested; they are not marketing affiliates and do not receive your information for marketing or promotional purposes.

Retention

Booking records — 7 years (IRS recordkeeping). Cookies — up to 12 months or until consent is withdrawn.
