Use the hotel street address and the entrance you will use, not only the hotel name. Tell us whether the hotel has a separate valet or group pickup area. For several rooms, agree on one meeting point and allow time to bring everyone's luggage down.
How do we choose the correct PortMiami terminal?
Check the cruise line and ship on your booking documents and confirm the terminal before travel. PortMiami has several cruise terminals, so a general port address is not enough for a precise drop-off. Include the ship and terminal in the booking notes.
How early should we book the pickup?
The booking form requires at least 90 minutes of advance notice. For a cruise, reserve ahead of the sailing day and choose a pickup time around the cruise line's check-in window. Hotel checkout time and traffic from Miami Beach must also fit that plan.
Is there a fixed hotel-to-port price?
The quote depends on the actual pickup address, destination, vehicle and requested options. Enter those details in the booking form to see the calculated total before confirming. A route guide does not guarantee one fare for every hotel or departure time.
Which vehicle fits cruise luggage?
Provide both the passenger count and the number of suitcases, including large items. A sedan, SUV or Mercedes Sprinter can be considered according to the party's requirements. The dispatcher confirms the vehicle and luggage fit; seats alone do not establish luggage capacity.
Can we book a return from PortMiami to Miami Beach?
Yes, submit the return date, hotel address and intended pickup time as a separate trip. Choose a time that allows your party to leave the ship and collect its luggage. Confirm a specific meeting point with the dispatcher rather than assuming the embarkation drop-off point will be the return pickup.
Can we add a stop before boarding?
List every requested stop before the trip is quoted. A stop changes the route and may affect the fare and available time before cruise check-in. Availability and the final itinerary must be confirmed; do not leave an unplanned shopping stop for the sailing morning.
