Most cruise lines recommend boarding 2-3 hours before departure. We suggest a pickup that arrives at PortMiami 2.5 hours before all-aboard, with luggage and traffic margin built in. Dispatch will work backward from your sailing time.
Yes. We dispatch Cadillac Escalade, Suburban, Mercedes Sprinter or 14-passenger vans for cruise transfers. Just tell us bag count when booking — we will assign the right vehicle, no last-minute upsell.
Yes. We monitor disembarkation and pick you up at the terminal exit on the day. Curbside pickup is included; meet-and-greet inside the terminal is available on request.
For round trips returning to the same port we can lock the same chauffeur. For different return ports (rare), we coordinate seamlessly with another vetted Space AAM chauffeur — same standard.
For peak cruise season (December-April) we recommend at least 5-7 days ahead. Off-season, 24-48 hours is usually fine. Same-day requests are accepted subject to availability.
