Miami Beach Convention Center
The Miami Beach Convention Center sits between Washington Avenue and Convention Center Drive, a few blocks from Lincoln Road and the South Beach hotels. Big shows close lanes around it on move-in and opening days. Name the hall or the entrance for badge pickup, and the chauffeur drops you as close as the venue allows private cars on that day.
Broward County Convention Center
The Broward County Convention Center is on Eisenhower Boulevard in Fort Lauderdale, next to Port Everglades and about 10-15 minutes from FLL. On days when ships are in port, cruise traffic and show traffic share the same roads in the morning. Give the hall and the time you need to be inside, and the pickup is planned with that margin.
Show days for a team
Exhibitors and buyers move between the hotel, the show floor, client lunches and dinners. Book a Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or a Cadillac Escalade ESV by the hour, and the chauffeur waits between runs with sample cases and display material in the vehicle. Send the team schedule, and dispatch confirms the vehicles for each day before payment.
Arrivals and departures around the show
Speakers and guests land at MIA and FLL on different flights. Add each flight number, and every pickup follows the actual landing time. On the last day, plan the ride to the airport after booth teardown with a margin for traffic leaving the convention district at the same time as everyone else.

From MIA usually 20-30 minutes, from Brickell or Downtown 15-25 minutes and from FLL 40-55 minutes. On move-in days and big show openings the streets around the center slow down, so allow extra time.
How far is Broward County Convention Center from FLL?
About 10-15 minutes. The center is next to Port Everglades in Fort Lauderdale, so cruise and show traffic can meet on the same morning; the chauffeur plans the route around the port gates.
Where does the chauffeur drop us at the convention center?
At the entrance or hall you name, as far as the venue lets private cars stop on that day. Look up your badge pickup entrance in the show information and add it to the booking notes.
Can a team keep one vehicle for the whole show day?
