What pickup details are needed for a Hallandale residence?
Provide the full street address, building entrance and a reachable phone number. If the property has a gate or several towers, tell the dispatcher which entrance guests will use and any access instructions needed for pickup. Do not assume the street pin identifies the right lobby.
How should we plan the trip south to PortMiami?
Work back from the cruise line's check-in window and allow for traffic, loading luggage and finding the correct terminal. The travel time varies with the starting address and road conditions. A fixed drive-time promise is not a reliable boarding plan.
Does this route go to Port Everglades?
No. PortMiami and Port Everglades are different ports. Use the destination in your cruise documents. If the ship leaves from Port Everglades, select that port in the booking form rather than using a PortMiami terminal address.
How is the fare for Hallandale to PortMiami calculated?
The booking form calculates a quote using the exact addresses, vehicle and requested options. Review the total before confirming and declare extra stops in advance. Hourly hire and a one-way port transfer are different requests; an hourly rate is not the price of this route.
Can a family or group travel in one vehicle?
Give us the number of guests and all luggage, including oversized items, before selecting the vehicle. Sedans, SUVs and Mercedes Sprinter options serve different party sizes. Ask for confirmation that both passengers and bags fit rather than choosing only by seat count.
Can we stop in Aventura on the way?
Add the Aventura address as an extra stop when requesting the quote. Include time to collect the other passengers and their luggage. The dispatcher can assess the itinerary against cruise check-in; the additional stop is not automatically part of a direct-transfer fare.
How do we arrange a return after the cruise?
Reserve the return separately with the disembarkation date, Hallandale address and agreed meeting point. Plan for time to exit the ship and collect luggage. The online booking rule is at least 90 minutes' advance notice, so do not depend on an immediate car at the terminal.
