Aventura lies between the two main airports, which is why many residents fly out of FLL rather than MIA: Fort Lauderdale airport is usually 15-25 minutes away, Miami International 30-45. Most rides start from the condo towers along Biscayne Boulevard and the Intracoastal, from Williams Island and Turnberry, or from Aventura Mall.
Port Everglades is 25-35 minutes north and PortMiami is further south, so cruise guests from Aventura have a real choice of port.
Williams Island, Turnberry and many condo buildings have a guard house or front desk. Add the gate instructions and the guest name to the booking notes so the chauffeur can be announced, and say whether you want the car at the lobby or the side entrance.
For a day at Aventura Mall or Bal Harbour Shops, an hourly booking means the chauffeur holds the bags in the car between stores and meets you at the entrance you choose. Grandparents travelling with the family ride door to door; we do not load wheelchairs.
