Downtown and Las Olas Boulevard, the beach hotels along A1A, Harbor Beach, the Galleria area and Port Everglades are all Fort Lauderdale, but they are 10-20 minutes apart. Enter the hotel name and the street address, not just the city, so the fare and the arrival time are calculated for the right place. For a rental home, add the gate code or the entrance the chauffeur should use.

The drive is about 35-50 minutes, so a flight that lands early in the morning leaves a comfortable margin; a late flight is better with a hotel night in Fort Lauderdale first.
The return trip to MIA for a flight
Leaving Fort Lauderdale for MIA, plan the pickup about three hours before a domestic flight and four hours before an international one on a weekday afternoon.
