How much is a transfer from MIA to Miami Beach?
Prices are per vehicle, not per passenger. From $137 for a Business Sedan, about 20-30 minutes to South Beach. The exact fare appears in the booking form after you enter both addresses.
Where will the driver meet me at MIA with a name sign?
For domestic arrivals the driver meets you at baggage claim with a name sign. For international arrivals the driver waits just past customs at the meet-and-greet area. Curbside pickup is available on request. Choose meet-and-greet in the booking form and check that it is included in your quote before payment.
How early does the driver arrive?
Standard is 10 minutes before pickup time. At the airport the driver meets you at arrivals with a name sign and helps with luggage.
What if my flight is delayed?
We track the flight by number and adjust pickup to actual arrival. Free wait time: 60 min at airports, 90 min at seaports.
Can I get a child seat?
Yes, $25 per seat. Tell us the child age when booking and we provide the right seat (booster, infant, toddler).
How many passengers and bags fit in each vehicle?
Business Sedan: 1–3 passengers and 2–3 bags. SUV: up to 6 passengers and 4-7 bags. Mercedes Sprinter: up to 10 or up to 14 passengers and 8-16 bags, depending on length. For a larger group, include the party size and luggage when booking and dispatch confirms the vehicle before payment.
Can I cancel or modify a booking?
Yes. Free of charge if cancelled at least 12 hours before pickup. Later cancellations are charged 50%. Use email or WhatsApp.
What payment methods do you accept?
Visa/Mastercard/Amex via Stripe, plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Corporate clients can be invoiced.
Are tips included in the price?
No, tips are at your discretion. We recommend 15–20% of the ride total. You can add it in advance or pay the driver directly.
What’s included in hourly rental?
Two-hour minimum. The driver waits between stops, route is flexible. Tolls and parking are billed at cost.
Can I bring a pet?
Yes, in a carrier. Large dogs only in SUV or Sprinter, please confirm in advance.
Do you carry insurance?
Yes. Progressive commercial policy 880290742, valid through September 22, 2027. We share a copy on request.
