Are your vehicles wheelchair-accessible (ADA)?
No. We do not load wheelchairs and we do not offer ADA lift or stay-in-wheelchair transport. If the passenger can transfer to a seat, we take the trip. A folding walker or cane can ride in the trunk.
Can the chauffeur assist with mobility from door to vehicle?
Yes. Our chauffeurs help seniors with walkers or a cane: careful door-to-door support, gentle ride pace and patient timing. They help in and out of the seat. Occupied wheelchairs are not loaded.
Do you take elderly clients to medical appointments?
Yes, this is one of our most common services. Doctor visits, dialysis, physical therapy, hospital discharge transport. The chauffeur can wait and bring the client home, with same-vehicle continuity.
Is the service safe for clients with dementia or memory issues?
We take extra care: same chauffeur where possible, simple consistent routes, family contact during the ride, and flexible timing. Not a medical service. For medical-grade transport with attendants we coordinate with non-emergency medical transport partners.
How do family members get notified about the ride?
On request, family members receive ride status updates by SMS or email, pickup confirmation, en-route notification, drop-off confirmation. Helpful when you cannot be there in person.
