These Terms and Conditions govern use of Space AAM LLC (Space444) services, including the public website and the optional transactional SMS messaging program described below.

1. Service

Space444 provides limousine and private car transfer bookings in Miami and South Florida. A reservation is confirmed when you receive trip details. Changes and cancellations made at least 12 hours before pickup are free; later cancellations may incur a 50% charge.

2. SMS messaging program — Terms and Conditions for text messages

This section is the official Terms and Conditions for the Space AAM LLC (Space444) transactional SMS program.

Program name: Space444 Booking & Payment Notifications
Who sends messages: Space AAM LLC only (doing business as Space444). Messages are not sent by affiliates, lead generators, or unrelated brands.
How consent is collected: Only on the public booking form at https://www.space444.com/booking/. A dedicated SMS consent checkbox is shown. That checkbox is unchecked by default and is not required to complete a booking. Completing a booking without checking the box does not enroll you in SMS.
Exact consent language on the form: “I agree to receive transactional booking and payment SMS from Space444 (SPACE AAM LLC) at the phone number provided. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. This is optional — you can complete your booking without SMS and still receive email notifications.”
What messages contain: Only one-to-one transactional content about your own booking: Stripe payment link for that ride, booking confirmation, and trip or chauffeur status. Messages are not marketing, promotional, advertising, or third-party content.
Frequency: Varies by booking (typically a small number of messages around each ride you request).
Rates: Message and data rates may apply from your mobile carrier.
Opt out: Reply STOP at any time to unsubscribe. After opt-out you will not receive further SMS from this program unless you opt in again.

Carrier liability: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Space444 does not sell, rent, or buy mobile numbers or SMS consent lists. Consent is given directly to Space AAM LLC (Space444) only and is not transferred.

3. Liability and jurisdiction

Commercial insurance is maintained as required for operations in Florida. Disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
