This Privacy Policy describes how Space AAM LLC (Space444) collects and uses personal information, including information related to our optional transactional SMS program.

1. What data we collect

Name, phone number, email, pickup and drop-off addresses, ride date and time, selected vehicle class, IP address and cookie data. Payment details are processed by Stripe — card numbers are never stored on our servers.

Transactional trip and payment notifications (including SMS when you opt in)

3. SMS / text messaging

If you provide a mobile number on the public booking form at https://www.space444.com/booking/ and explicitly check the optional SMS consent checkbox (unchecked by default and not required to finish a booking), Space AAM LLC (Space444) sends transactional booking and payment text messages only — for example the Stripe payment link for your ride, booking confirmations, and trip status updates.

Program name: Space444 Booking & Payment Notifications. Messages are one-to-one and relate only to your own booking. They are not marketing or promotional messages.

Message frequency varies by booking. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. If you do not check the SMS consent box, we will not send SMS; email and phone call remain available.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Your phone number is used only to deliver the booking and payment messages you requested from Space AAM LLC. We do not sell, rent, or buy mobile numbers or SMS consent lists. Consent is collected only for Space AAM LLC (Space444) and is not transferred to other brands.

4. Service providers (processors only — not marketing partners)

We do not sell your personal data. Payment processing (Stripe) and message delivery infrastructure (Twilio) act only as processors to fulfill the booking or SMS you requested. They are not marketing affiliates, do not receive mobile opt-in data for marketing or promotional purposes, and do not share that data with third parties for such purposes.

5. Retention and contact
